Ingredients
  • Quart size mason jar
  • 4 packets green tea (or your favorite tea)
  • 12-15 sprigs of mint
  • 1 inch piece of ginger peeled and chopped up

Instructions
  1. Pick off 12-15 sprigs of fresh mint
  2. Peel and chop up a 1 inch section of ginger
  3. Wash mint and ginger.
  4. Add mint and ginger to your jar (I use a quart sized mason jar)
  5. Place tea packets inside with strings hanging outside of the jar.
  6. Fill with water and close jar.
  7. Place in sunny hot location for several hours.
